I tried this version of spring greens and i loved it. It is very simple with few ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 packet british spring greens,washed and chopped in thin strips,
1tspn mustard seeds,
1 dry red chilly,
1 medium onion- finely chopped,
salt,
grated coconut.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add the mustard seeds. Once the seeds start splttering, add the red chilly.Now add the onion add fry till onion softens. Now add the greens, add salt to taste, mix well. cover the pan, put water on the lid, lower the gas and cook till the greens are done. Finally add the grated coconut mix well and serve.
