Anybody with a sweet tooth???
Here's a recipe for you ..
This is J's one of the favourite sweet dish .He say's this sweet reminds him of his childhood days as this was made very often by his mum ...
okay okay ,now I have a good news here ... the most awaited day has finally arrived, we are flying to India tomorrow..yay..
So this might probably be my last post for this year...
Now here's the recipe ..
50 gms pearl seed tapioca,
600mlsemi-skimmed milk,
1 tin (395ml) condensed milk
1 Vanilla pod/essence, saffron strands,
Heat a saucepan, add the tapioca and milk together in the pan and bring to a boil, stirring continously. Simmer gently for 15 mins or until thick and creamy..Add the flavourings (You could also add some powdered cardamoms)..
Now remove the pan from the heat and add the condense milk and stir well ...
That's it , this is so simple yet so delicious sweet dish...
