Chicken manchurian (dry)

2- chicken breast fillets
2 spring onion greens,
1 medium onion , chopped
1 green chilli , finely chopped (optional)
1 cup green, red, yellow capsicum, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed

soya sauce,
tomato sauce,
chilly sauce,
vinegar

1/2 cup - plain flour
salt and pepper to taste
sparkling water

Method:-
Clean and cut the chicken. into bite size pieces.
In a bowl mix the plain flour , salt , pepper with the sparkling water just to make a batter.
Dip the chicken pieces into the prepared batter and deep fry in oil .Drain on a paper towel and keep aside.
Heat a pan , add a tbspn of oil. Add the crushed garlic saute for 30 sec and add the chopped onions .Fry till onions softenes a bit and add the capsicums . stir for few secs . Than add all the sauces and vinegar, mix well . than add the chicken pieces and mix well again . Add little water if it is too dry.. Garnish with spring onion greens .

  2. thanks dear...this is a very simple and no fuss recipe indeed..as u just need few veg which u will readily have in ur kitchen and the sauces that's it..
