Brinjal & potatoes



1 large brinjal- cut in cubes
1 large potato-cut in cubes
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - chilly powder
1/4 tsp -turmeric powder
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
1 pinch - cumin powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1 onion - chopped finely
1 tomato- chopped finely
1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste...

Method:- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, add onion and fry till it is slightly brown. Than add the chopped tomato and fry till mushy.Now add all the spice powders,salt, fry for few seconds till oil seperates . Add the brinjal and potatoes , mix well add a tbspn of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles. turn off the gas and wait till all the pressure releases before opening..garnish with chopped coriander...
